Emergency tarping happens outside those hours, and an after-hours callout costs more. We will tell you the number on the phone before we set off rather than after we have finished.

It is a working shop rather than a showroom, so there is nothing much to look at. If you would like to meet somebody before letting them on your roof, that is entirely reasonable and we are happy to do it.
Response Time
Forms get a phone call back the same working day, usually within a couple of hours. Emergencies get the phone. Free inspections are typically within the week, faster in the closer towns and slower in the weeks after a regional storm when everybody is booked.
