Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what Aurora Roofing Company does with information you give us through this website.

What We Collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, the service you selected, and anything you write in the message field. We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identification numbers or anything sensitive. Please do not send any of that through the form.

Our web host, Cloudflare, records standard server information such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance purposes. We do not use that information to identify individuals.

How Forms Work

Forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service, which passes the submission to our email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of the data in transit. We do not operate a database on this website and no submission is stored on the site itself.

What We Do With It

We contact you about your enquiry, quote the work, and keep a record of the job. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with marketing companies, lead aggregators, other contractors or anybody else, other than where we need to pass details to a supplier or subcontractor to actually carry out work you have engaged us for.

If you contact us about an insurance claim and ask us to work with your carrier or adjuster, we will share the relevant documentation with them for that purpose.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry records that do not turn into work are deleted within two years. Records of completed work are kept for as long as any warranty runs, plus the period required for tax and business records, because we need to be able to look up what we did on your roof if you call us in eight years.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It embeds Google Maps on some pages, and Google may set cookies through that embed under its own policies. Loading a Google font is also a request to Google's servers. If either concerns you, browser settings and extensions can block both, and the site works fine without them.

Your Choices

Email or call us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so once and that is the end of it. We do not run a mailing list.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
