New Housing Does Not Mean New Roofs

Yorkville's growth ran through the 2000s and into the 2010s, with Grande Reserve, Bristol Bay and the developments off Route 34 and Route 71 putting up thousands of homes in a short span. Those roofs are now fifteen to twenty years old, which is the awkward age.

Fifteen to twenty is where a builder-grade architectural shingle starts having opinions. It is not finished, and it is past the point where the seal strips and the pipe boots can be assumed to be fine.
